Description

The VetMAX™-Plus One-Step RT-PCR Kit is designed for robust amplification of animal pathogen RNA targets using a rapid, single-tube, real-time, reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) strategy. The kit includes Xeno™ RNA Control, which serves as an internal positive control for RNA purification and RT-PCR amplification. RNA is reverse-transcribed into cDNA, and then your target is amplified using AmpliTaq Gold™ DNA Polymerase on a real-time PCR system.
