PowerEase Touch HV Power Supply
The Invitrogen PowerEase Touch HV Power Supply is a high-voltage power supply that is operated using a touch-screen user interface. The 4.3-inch backlit LCD touchscreen and intuitive user interface design make setting up custom protocols or selecting one of the several pre-programmed gel electrophoresis and transfer methods a breeze. This power supply is ideal for high-voltage applications like 2D electrophoresis or isoelectric focusing. It also supports high-throughput DNA/RNA electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, native PAGE, and western blotting.

The PowerEase Touch HV Power Supply offers four sets of output jacks that can be used simultaneously and four operation modes: constant voltage, voltage ramp, constant current, and constant power for flexibility of use and efficiency.

ZOOM IPGRunner system
The ZOOM IPGRunner system is an oil-free, 2D electrophoresis system in a mini-gel format. The first dimension separation by isoelectric focusing (IEF) is typically complete in less than three hours, and the system allows for processing of up to 12 samples at once for high-throughput usage using ZOOM IPG Strips tailored to the pH range of the protein(s) of interest. When combined with Zoom IPG Strips this welcome pack contains all of the equipment and reagents required for performing first-dimension separation for 2D electrophoresis or isoelectric focusing within the IPG strip format.

Second dimension analysis
For second dimension separation we recommend the NuPAGE Bis-Tris XCell SureLock Mini-Cell Welcome Pack, 4–12%, IPG-well (Cat. No. NP0330Z), which contains everything needed for your second-dimension separation by size including the XCell SureLock Mini-Cell tank.
