Features:
  • Horizontal microgel system is designed for quick restriction fragment analysis.
  • Microgel may also be used to quickly check a few PCR samples before loading a large number of samples on a larger gel, saving time
  • Glass slides, 2 × 3 in. (5 × 7.5cm), serve as the gel tray
  • To use, pour and form thin gels by surface tension directly on glass slide; complete run lasts five to 10 minutes
  • Using available caster and casting slides, gels can be cast and solidified in less than 10 minutes.
