Description

Invitrogen Lyo-ready recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) reagents are designed for fast, sensitive, and specific DNA amplification through isothermal RPA reactions. Lyo-ready RPA reagents are available in stand-alone and kit formats. Reverse transcriptase can be added to the RPA reaction for amplification of RNA targets. All reagents are glycerol-free, which enables assay lyophilization.

• Lyo-ready T4 Gene 32 Protein—a single-stranded DNA binding protein produced from coli cells carrying cloned bacteriophage T4 gene 32
• Optimized reaction buffer, magnesium chloride, and dNTPs
