The Diamedix™ Immunosimplicity™ CMV IgG Test Kit is a qualitative and semi-quantitative indirect enzyme immunoassay
- Detects IgG antibodies to cytomegalovirus (CMV) antigen in human serum
- Aids in the assessment of the patient's immunological response to CMV and to determine the immune status of individuals, including females of child-bearing age
- The evaluation of acute and convalescent sera can aid in the diagnosis of primary infection, reactivated infection or reinfection with CMV
- For in vitro diagnostic use
- Reagent volumes/configurations are suitable for manual use, automated Mago™ systems, and Dynex DSX™ and DS2™ systems
