C3 Spacer CEP is a phosphoramidite used to incorporate a three carbon spacer arm during oligonucleotide synthesis. Spacers are designed to add space either within an oligo sequence or between the oligo and a label (e.g. FAM, biotin). The C3 spacer phosphoramidite is used to incorporate a three carbon spacer arm. For the creation of longer spacer arms, multiple sequential additions can be utilized.
